Best Games of 2012

Merry Christmas everyone! Yes, it is that time of year. We are about to say goodbye to 2012 and welcome 2013 in open arms. It's usually around this time that people make their best games of 2012 list. I figured I'd do the same thing. Now warning: Some of the games I will list are games I have not talked about... so... yeah... here's my list and reason why it's that number.
 10)  Tales of Graces f. Ok, I do love this game. It's been awhile since the last tales game, so I was very satisfied with this. The way they changed the system was cool, even though it is a little harder for me to learn Artes now, but it's not that bad. The fact that the sequel to the game was within the game made it even better. I loved playing a Richard. He was a huge help with that second final boss that took me two weeks to beat. So at number 10 is one of Namco's final fantasies, Tales of Graces f. Can't wait for the next one Namco! XD
9)  Pokemon Black and White 2. It was nice to have yet another pokemon game this year. It's always nice to get a new Pokemon game. I love how technically the legendaries are the same type of Pokemon and the new look of the game. I love the new gyms and gym leaders, however I do think that the game would've been even cooler if they added new pokemon besides the legendaries or pokemon you only got if you preordered the game.
8) Madden NFL 13. It's a football game, what football fan wouldn't love this game. I love how it actually gives you a reason to scream at you TV. The physics engine in the game is pretty good. Any one who's played any of the past games would appreciate it. However, I still will never get over the fact that the game says 2013 yet it came out in August of 2012 and to play the game you must understand the game of football and know what the heck your doing. Someone like me will fail at this game constantly.
7) Disney's Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. I loved the first game and this game is equally as great. I love how this game finally has voice actors. The game doesn't require me to read during cutscenes! I love how you have the chance to play as both Mickey and Oswald. The multiplayer is pretty good if your partner will work with you and not troll the game. This is an excellent sequel to the first game, but the thing is I can TELL its a Disney game since they included singing and dancing. It's almost like Disney is making fun of itself for having EVERY MOVIE they have be a musical. Seriously though, I could do without the singing and dancing. -_-             6) Dishonored. IT'S ANOTHER ASSASSIN'S CREED PEOPLE! It's awesome. I love the steam punk atmosphere that the game brings. I love that I can make my kills a lot easier and awesome with my super natural powers. I also love that I can chose between stealth and just straight out kill the person. This game is amazing, but it's no Assassin's Creed. It's a perfect game to get people into Assassin's Creed.

Theartrhythm Final Fantasy. This game is PURE NOSTALGIA!!! I cried every time I heard some of these songs since it's been a long time since I've played some of the games. Being able to replay your favorite Final Fantasy stories is awesome. Also, Square Enix made a pretty good music rhythm game. It was actually kind of shocking for me. This was a great way to celebrate 25 years of an amazing series. HAPPY 25TH ANNIVERSARY FINAL FANTASY!!                                                                              4)
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.    Must I really state how much I love Kingdom Hearts. It's my favorite game in the entire universe. As much as I want to put this as number one, I do know there are better games out there. However, this game is going to be in the top five. 10.. ten whole years of this amazing series. 10 whole years as playing as Sora and Riku to defeat Xehanort and the darkness. This game was a great way to bring back everyone's memories about this fantastic series. This game leads to the long awaited Kingdom Hearts III. Now, I have heard rumors that Kingdom Hearts III is not the end of the Kingdom Hearts series, but an end to the Xehanort saga. I'm crossing my fingers. I really don't want this game to end. It needs to live as long as Final Fantasy.  Dream Drop Distance truly reminds people why they loved this series since the first game. I really can't to wait see what Square Enix has planned for our two favorite heroes. HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY KINGDOM HEARTS!! MAY YOU  LIVE ON FOREVER!!
3)
Halo 4. I can't really say much since I haven't played the game. (again, I dont own an Xbox 360). But, I know a good game when I see one. Halo 4 starts a brand new saga with brand new enemies. Any Halo fan would jump at the chance to play as Master Chief once again. The graphics of the game are amazing and the gameplay is just as awesome. Now, you know the game is good when this is one of the games where people skipped school and called in sick for work in order to play. I wish Halo 4 congratulations to all its success and I can't wait for the upcoming years. You rock Halo 4!

2) Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Hello? It's CALL OF DUTY!! This game has been amazing. A LOT of people skipped work and school just to play this. The multiplayer remains as amazing as always. The zombie mode never fails to impress. Black Ops II is just as successful as it's predecessor Black Ops I. This game brings gaming to a whole new level. I salute all Black Ops players out there. May this game series live as long as time will allow and maybe even longer!

1) Assassin's Creed III. My number one game of the year of 2012. This game is AWESOME!! Playing in America was a nice way to keep  all the games unique. I love how big the world is and how there is just so much for you to do in it. Fighting the Revolutionary war was awesome. Playing as a British Native American and a French African American was awesome too. The controls for the game are easy to understand and easy to input. No more cramping while playing this game. The ending of the game did leave me baffled, but that just kept me wanting more. Can't wait for the rest of the series. GREAT JOB UBISOFT!!

Well, there is my best of 2012 list. Some of you may agree, some of you may not. I would like some of you in the comments to post your best of 2012 list to let me know what you think. I wish everyone Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Those are my thoughts. See you guys next year. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

New Console! New Games?

As you all know, on November 18, the Wii U was released in the U.S. It's a brand new console by the almighty Nintendo. This new console sold out on pre-orders, which I don't really find surprising. I mean, it's a brand new console. Gamers can get a brand new gaming experience. I really do like the two screen system and the fact that if someone wants to watch TV in the same room I'm playing video games, I can just transfer my game to my Wii U tablet. I also like how in a Mario game I can be a god in multiplayer and make the game harder or a hell of a lot easier. I only have two issues with the brand new system. First issue: the games. There have been announcements for some pretty awesome games coming out for the Wii U like Rayman Legends, ZombiU, and other games. I don't like how a good number of the games are already sold titles. Assassin's Creed III and Black Ops II is an exception, but Arkham City? Really? Hundreds of gamers have already played and beaten that game. They may add new features, but still doesn't change the fact that gamers already knows what happens in a game removing the excitement of playing a new game. The only game I would really like to play over again on the Wii U is Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. My secong issue with the Wii U: the price. I understand that it's a brand new system, but $350, really? I'm used to my systems costing 200 something dollars. I don't have that type of money. However, my dislikes are only little pet peeves. It's nothing too serious. Overall I say that if you really want a new gaming experience, I recommend checking out the Wii U. Those are my thoughts. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II

It was a choice between Halo 4 and Black Ops II. Personally, I love both games. I think they are amazing. In one, I'm shooting aliens and in the other I'm shooting actual people AND zombies. It's amazing. However, I do not own an Xbox 360. So, this is going to be about the highly anticipated shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops II. The game is awesome. That should explain everything, but then the post would be too short. In this game, we are fighting in the both the past and the future. In the past we are playing as the retired solider, Alex Mason, who fights during the Cold War in the 1970s and 80s. In the future, we play as David Mason, Alex's son, who is fighting during a new Cold War between China and the United States (like we didn't see that coming.) How to win? SHOOT STUFF!! Well, ok, you have to do more than that, but still, it usually solves everything. However, in this game you do have to do a lot of thinking. For example, you have to be smart while protecting the President and not kill him. I love the fact that the game gives you a lot to do and makes shooting your targets very easy for someone (me) who epically fails at video game shooters Another reason why this game is good: if people are skipping work and school in order to stay home and play this game, it is worth the buy. I also love the fact that we are in the future I mean I love classic guns as much as the next guy but.... I kinda wanna kill my enemies with cyperguns and robots and stuff. It makes war video games seem a lot more exciting. I also love how in both past in future we're looking for the same guy. It makes a connenction between the past and the future. Finally, the thing I love most about this game is TRAINING FOR THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE! I love shooting zombies! If I'm tired of shooting living people in the game, I can just go to zombie mode and kick some zombie ass! XD!  Overall, Call of Duty: Black Ops II is yet another awesome game for the franchise. I really think that this game is going to remain popular for a very long time. I hope it's going to be as successful as the firs Black Ops game by making billions of dollars in just a few days. Well, those are my thought. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

ASSASSIN'S CREED III

IT'S HERE!! IT'S FINALLY HERE!!! The long awaited Assassin's Creed III is finally here. For those in New York who have waited in line for days for this game I salute you. You went through a hurricane for this game. You are truly a devoted gamer. Okay, let's talk about the game. It's awesome, amazing, epic, and if I write anymore positive words this post is going to be very very long. The sceneary is magnificent. The world is huge. It makes me more excited to kill people with our new assassin, Conor (probably spelt his name wrong. I should be ashamed of myself). The game gives you a lot to do which contributes to the large world area. More things to do, more people to kill. The other thing that is awesome is that the controls are much easier than previous games. No more gaming cramps. It makes me even more excited about this game. The story is pretty amazing. We're still following Desmond's ancestry, but no longer is fancy Italy. It's a good change to be in America. It's also cool to fight during the American Revolution. I can kill those damn Red Coats (I do not mean to offend British people). Of course, in true Assassin's Creed fashion, the game is historically accurate. So it's like I'm playing an altered version of history. If only I was still taking a US History Class... I would get an A+ on this subject and I wouldn't fall asleep in the class so much. The game is also a mixture of fast and slow paced gaming. I think it's a nice balance for those who just want to get on with the story and skip all the side missions and stuff. Assassisn's Creed III is game for hard-cord Assassin's Creed Fans, Newbies to the epic assassin franchise, and people who love history. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend this game to gamers. It's just too awesome to miss out on. I personally never played one of the Assassin's Creed games, but I know an awesome game when I see one. I also know that I will probably epically fail at playing it, but dammit the game is too freaking awesome not to have. All Gamers out there, I will say it again, this game is very awesome, epic, amazing, magnificent, mind-blowing, and so on and so forth. GET THE GAME!! IT'S WORTH THE BUY DURING THIS ECONOMY!! Dishonored- Another Assassin's Creed

Hurray, another game where I can be stealthy and kill people. As you know, many gamers can't wait for the upcoming Assassin's Creed III coming out October 30th. For those who think they won't last another day, I highly reccomend Dishonored. The game is very impressive. It's basically Assassin's Creed+Steampunk+Supernatural powers. You play as a man named Corvo Attano. He is framed for a crime he didn't commit after coming from a foreign voyuage to seek aid with a deadly plague ravagining the city. Now, it's time for revenge after he recieves powers from the Outsider in the dream world. These said powers are the power of possession, time stop/slow, dark vision (xray vision), teleportation, summoning deadly rats, wind blasts, and the power to turn your enemy into ash to prevent their discovery. If that's not awesome, I don't know what is. I mean, come on. Supernatural powers makes killing in video games a lot easier. I mean, the game is going be a challenge, but I don't have to sneak in the shadows all the time and blend in with people so I don't get seen, and a silent kill is more possible. The only thing I really don't like is the fact that you can't use two powers at once. It's not that serious, but I would really like to freeze time and then posses someone so they could become my shield or something. I think that would be cool. Anyway, back to the postivies. I really like the steampunk theme of the game. It makes me feel like I'm playing Assassin's Creed, but it's not Assassin's Creed. I believe the theme adds to the atmosphere of the game. Also, the main character's mask and mark looks freakin awesome. I also like the mission and side quest system. Again, almost like Assassin's Creed. Almost. Overall, I believe Dishonored is a way for Assassin's Creed fans to relieve themseleves of the wait for Assassin's Creed. HOWEVER, the game is no Assassin's Creed. It can never replace that game. Assassin's Creed III comes out in eight days. If those eight days are too long, play Dishonored to calm your mind. But as soon as AC III comes out, it's a choice between steampunk or Revolution. I can't tell you what to pick. I'm only announcing my thoughts. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

New Pokem- Wait, why are we still in Unova?

Like any gamer, I do love pokemon. I always have. I just always hated the fact that we are only limited to four moves in pokemon. It's hard to choose which moves to keep and which to throw away. I also don't like how we only have one file for the entire game. But, hey, those are only little pet peeves. Anyway, as you all known Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 came out October 7th. I gotta say that I am very impressed. I love the improved graphics of the game. I love to see my pokemon actually move instead of standing there until I give a command. I also love N. He made an awesome enemy/rival in the last game. It was cool. Now onto the current game. My first reaction was that 'THE LEGENDARY TYPES ARE ACTUALLY THE SAME TYPE OF POKEMON!'  According to the pokedex, both legendaries are dragon and ice types. Of course dragon types are one of the most badass types in the whole pokemon game, but it's kind of cool that they're also ice type. It just sucks now that they might be weak to fire type moves. Also I think these legendary pokemon are the evoled forms of the legendaries from the first game. For the first time (correct me if I'm wrong) the legendaries have evolved forms. Mew And Mew Two technically don't count since they're not legendary pokemon and mew and mew two are two completely different pokemon. They say mew evolves into mew two, but mew two was a man created pokemon so again, doesn't really count.  Anyway. the game is basically the same as Black and White. It just has a few changes. New cities, new gym leaders, and new atrractions. It maybe the same as Black and White, but these changes make the game unique. One of the main things I like about the game is that it's much easier to find pokemon from earlier generations. When I first play the game, after I got my starter, I found a Riolu. In the next town I found a Growlith. It's usually hard to find earlier generation pokemon in later generation games. So, basically, I like that fact that I can easily find some of the pokemon that I grew up with instead of waiting until the post game. I also like the new rival. He actually has a very good reason to become a strong trainer. Again, it's different from the other pokemon games. I also love that we have a chance to challenge old gym leaders. I miss fighting Misty and Brock (probably spelt their names wrong). The only problemes I have are the little pet peeves and the fact that for my game, for some odd reason, says it's summer when it's really fall. But, it's just another pet peeve. Nothing too serious. Pokemon is still a wonderful game that will live on for a long time. The show however, needs to hurry up and end. I'm getting sick and tired of Ash losing every single Pokemon League and the fact that he doesn't age! Anyway, those are my thoughts. Voice of Gamer signing out.

JET SET RADIO!!!!!

Ok, firt things first. I want someone to make a countdown on how many times I say love in this post and post the results in the comments. Reason why, I TRULY LOVE THIS GAME! This was one of SEGA's best games besides Sonic. I love how the whole point of it was to skate around Tokyo-to and express yourself by spraying graffiti. Even though the cops are going way overboard while trying to stop you with tanks, tear gas, SWAT teams, choppers, police dogs, etc. I love the challenge this game gives you. Of course, in Jet Set Radio you have to love Professor K. The music is AMAZING!!!!! I will love it until the end of time. Professor K truly bring you hardcore music. I wish all radio stations were like his. I think i would actually listen to radio for once. I only own the demo of the remake right now, but I can't wait to get the full game. However, I will be pissed if SEGA doesn't also remake Jet Set Radio Future. I mean really. You can't have one without the other. What I also love about this game is the return of Beat! He has had a recent appearance in Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing and about to have another one with the sequel to the SEGA racing game coming out soon. I also love the return of the other gang members, Poision Jam, The Love Shockers, and the Noise Tanks. The game makes me feel like I'm actually part of the gang. I can't wait to play the full game so I can love it even more. What's also interesting is that the game contains a documentary on its development. Finally, I couldn't do a post on Jet Set Radio without mentioning the sceneray and the skating. Sceneray. It's so beautiful. I love it so much. It makes me feel I'm actually in Tokyo while playing it. It's even better that these are actual places, with an exception of a few places I think. Skating. Tricks are so freaking awesome! I love the almost impossible tricks you can perform while playing as the GGs. I'm ready to hear Professor K start scracthing, the GGs to start spraying, and to hear the soul of the street. All in all I LOVE JET SET RADIO!!! I reccomend this game to anyone who loves Sega and/or played the dreamcast verison of the game. Those are my thoughts on a game I love. Guns, Guns, and more Guns

As you should all be aware, Borderlands 2 was released today. At E3, the first game broke the world record for most guns in a video game. The fact that the second game has even more guns that is already a positive sign. I mean seriously. With that much gun power in a video game, anyone would feel invincible while playing it. I also like the fact that one of the characters has magic powers which makes killing your enemies even more exciting! Speaking of enemies, the creators were very creative while making them. They actually make you think for some of them. I think it's awesome. Also, I love the graphics and the environment of the game. It's beautiful. Pandora looks absolutely amazing. It makes killing enemies so much better. The robots that help you along the way are very entetaining. The script of the game always gives you a bit of comic relief so you can always have a good laugh while blowing your enemy's face off. As you know in shooters, certain guns are good for certain things. But with the large amount of guns you have in the game, you might not want to stop trying them all out. How you play the game all depends on your preferance. If you love having a bunch of agility and stealth while killing your prey, go for Zero. If you just like shooting things, go for Salvador. If you love being the cool commando, go for Axton. If you love using magic to make killing your target more enjoyable, choose Maya. And finally, if you like tanks, go for Gaige. In all, Boderlands 2 has wonderful sceneray, characters, and storyline. It gives a wide varierty on how to play the game. It's a very creative and beautiful game that I think all shooter fans will love. I recommend this game to those who love shooters, wants to try to get into shooters, and loved the first Boderlands game. Those are my thoughts. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Tales

I love namco's Tales series. It's like their version of final fantasy. I actually can't wait for Tales of Xillia to come out in America. Kind of sucks I have to wait until next year though. Anyway, even though I love the game, I do have a few issues with it. My first one is with Tales of Vesperia. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game. However, I hate the fact that it's incomplete. When I found out about the Playstation 3 version in japan, I was happy to see that there was going to be more content added to the cane. It sucked that it was ONLY RELEASED IN JAPAN! I mean seriously, you got another party member and Flin joined your party permanently. It would make a gamer's life much easier if they released it in America and Europe as well. Instead, gamers have to import it (which can be very expensive) and find a patch for it in their language. That's a lot of work to do for an extended edition for a game. My other issue was with dawn of a new world. I mean seriously, was it really necessary that that game to come out. Tales of symphonia didn't end in a cliffhanger at all. I mean, I like the game, but I sort of find it a waste of time. My final issue is with the latest Tales game tht came out, Tales of Graces f. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this game. It's one of my favorite Tales game. I fell in love with the characters instantly (especially Richard, Asbel, and Sophie). My only issue is the title system. I kind of hate the fact I need to keep the same title on my character for a long period of time in order to keep the abilities and costumes it comes with. I would like if the abilites were kept for that one specific title (almost like the weapons), but I can change the costumes all I want. Despite my issue, Namco's Tales series is a very good RPG. I recommend it to Final Fantasy fans and people who just really like RPGs. Most people that review games like this complain about the cutscences and cliches. I say that's what the start button is for. They always give us the option to skip said cliches and cutscences. That's all I have to say. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Final Fantasy VII Remake? Why?

Ok, I know everyone is begging for a Final Fantasy VII remake. My question is why? Why are you asking for a remake already? There is still more to the Final Fantasy VII story to be revealed. If you don't remember, watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGA-7ogMn6I. It's the secret ending of dirge of cerberus. You know that Genesis suddenly came back. So, why are you asking for the remake? Besides, Square Enix already announced that there will not be a remake until there is a Final Fantasy game that surpasses it. That is going to be a really really  long time from now. I'm going to reference something someone said online. Those of you who are asking for a remake of Final Fantasy VII are starting to sound like a broken record. Wait for the Final Fantasy VII series to be over first. Then ask for the remake. By that time, maybe the company will be close to creating a game that will surpass it. Until then, ask for the next game. I don't know about you, but I want to see Cloud fight Genesis. I think that would truly make him Zack's living legacy. Why? Because Zack fought and won against Genesis. I believe Cloud can do the same thing. I mean, really, he fought Sephiroth, twice, and lived. The point I'm trying to get at is that people ask for the remake of a game when the game is really old, COMPLETED, and loved by everyone. Don't ask for it if one of those elements are missing. Those are my thoughts. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Solo Remix

Ok, The World Ends With You -Solo Remix-... I want the game so badly. It looks amazing!! For an app for the Iphone and Ipad, it looks very good. I also think it's a bit simpler than the original version, which is kind of a good thing. I mean, I don't have to look at two different screens to play the game. I mean it's not as good as the original, but still pretty good. I also LOVE the new music they added. Some people don't like the game for some odd reason. Odd reason is that they wanted a sequel. I don't understand why. The way twewy ended did not give any hint what so ever to a sequel. Also, this gives a chance for people who don't own a ds, but own an Ipad, to play the game. The other thing is... come on, Square Enix is a tease. They've been doing it for so long with Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy. What makes you think they wouldn't do it for Twewy IF there is a sequel in the making. But you gotta admit, the way they announced the game was pretty cool. A mysterious sight with Twewy BGM and a Reaper countdown? I was excited to learn the truth behind the mystery as soon as I saw the countdown.  Anyway, love it or hate, you gotta be happy that there's another twewy game out there. It might not be what fans were expecting, but more people to get enjoy the game. The only problems I have is that it's only for Iphone and Ipad. I think it should also be for Android. The other problem is the price. Seriously, $17.99 for an app? *shrugs* but I guess it is around the same price that the original game is selling for now. Anyway, those are my thoughts. Where's the love?

<p>Ok, I know that everyone loves megaman. Well, everyone except Capcom. I mean seriously, what's wrong with megaman? I love X and Zero. I love the battle network games. Why is there no other megaman game? I know that the creator said he wasn't going to make anymore, but they left fans unsatisfied. Can't they just continue the ZX series and the Starforce series? Fans don't want the series to end until they had their full. Besides Street Fighter and Marvel vs. Capcom games, Megaman is their most popular series. Why are they not making more? They need to revive the Maverick hunter!
I wanna kick some more Maverick ass and jack in into computer systems and fight viruses. If Capcom would listen to their fans, they would realize that Megaman probably would become very popular and bring their sales up. It was already insult to injury when they gave Zero the X costume in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Capcom, show love to Megaman and bring him back. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

Now, I am a huge kingdom hearts fan, but I haven't been one for very long. I got into it around when days came out. I must say, however, GREATEST KINGDOM HEARTS GAME EVER! I fell in love with it. This is truly a really great game. I never cried for something in a video game, but while playing this game I was crying my heart out due the moments they referenced and the events occurring. I mean seriously; towards the end of the game, they make you remember why you love the Kingdom Hearts series. You remember every touching moment from every game. It was a great way to celebrate 10 years of one of the greatest games in history. Sonic the hedgehog used to be my favorite gaming character of all time. Once I picked up and played a Kingdom Hearts game, it changed to Sora, Riku, Axel, Roxas, etc. This game truly moved me. It's sad that this wonderful series is almost over. Once Kingdom Hearts III is released, the story ends. In all honesty, I don't want it to. I want the story to continue. It's just one of the gaming series you don't want to see end.
Anyway, back to the game. The controls are pretty simple, but it doesn't mean the game isn't a challenge. I had difficulty with some of the bosses, but I eventually got past it. The only thing is that for me, I'm supremely under leveled. I'm in the final world and only a level 26. I looked up how other gamers were doing and they were level 47. The story line is really touching and moving. Every Kingdom Hearts fan needs to play this game. However, the secret ending might upset/confuse some people. I'm not giving spoilers. The game as a whole is wonderful. People who aren't Kingdom Hearts fans will become one after playing it. The most epic story is about to end, but at least it lasted as long as it did. I'm proud to be a Kingdom Hearts fan and I can't wait to see the conclusion of this story eve n though it's going to be hard to say goodbye.
Now, my predictions on the release day to Kingdom Hearts III. I noticed on the American sight that they had a mini calendar on each year that a Kingdom Hearts game came out. There was a pattern. A KH game came out every two years in the beginning. After CoM came out, it changed to one year. If the pattern continues, it is possible we can get the game in 2013 or 2014 if the game goes back to a two year pattern. Cross you fingers. This is the game fans have been waiting for since Kingdom Hearts II. Voice of a Gamer signing out.

Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games

In honor of the olympics, I will talk about this game. Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. I admit that the game isn't bad. It's a good way for Sonic fans and Mario fans prove who is the better game protagonist. It also gives players the chance to break world records. The only thing is how come we don't have all of the events in the game. It gives you only a selected few. If someone was to play along with the olympic athletes, they wouldn't be able to play certain events. I would understand if it was due to memory, but if there's a chance they can do it, they should do it. I also want to discuss the amount of characters you can play as. We have your main sonic and mario heroes and villains. What about the others? For example: Jet the Hawk, Omega, Espio, Toad, Cream, Princess Rosalina, Dry Bones etc. Why can't we play as those characters? Most of the time these characters are only rivals. I think gamers would like the chance to play as these characters as well.
Ok, let's start talking about good things. 1) WE CAN HAVE SONIC SWIM IN THE WATER! Sonic the hedgehog can't swim. What do we do? Give him s life jacket. I can finally play a water stage with sonic in it and not hear drowning music. I can also make suckish characters look good. For example: Peach and Amy. I can finally make those two look good in a video game (or look bad). Also, dude, I get to play in the olympics, sort of. It takes a large amount of luck to make it in the olympics. I can at least sort of live that fantasy. It's also not about countries. It's all about which character you think is the best. The controls are pretty spot on. Nothing too difficult. The dream events are kind of fun too. Make things a little more non realistic. Overall, if you want to fight in a Mario vs. Sonic war, this game gives the chance to prove who is the best, or give your favorite character the stardom it deserves.  There are my thoughts. Nostalgia

Omg, this game will give you nostalgia and make you cry. Relive some of your final fantasy memories in Theartrhythm Final Fantasy. This is game is celebrating 25 years of final fantasy. I say dissidia was leading up to this. Even though I was thrown off because it was a rhythm game, but it's actually really good. They controls are simple, but can still make the game challenging due to the different types of stages. I cried when I played the event stages for vii, viii ix, and x. It almost want me to play/watch walkthroughs of the games again. So, if you wanna remember your favorite scenes and characters from final fantasy or just because you're a final fantasy fan, I recommend this game for you! Voice of a gamer signing out.

Cheerleaders and Zombies?

Lollipop-Chainsaw-Xbox-360-_.jpg Ok, let's start off with this game. Lollipop Chainsaw. In all honesty, this game threw me off. I mean seriously, it's about your stereotypical dumb blonde cheerleader killing zombies. Apparently she carries around her boyfriend's severed head while doing so. She uses pom-poms to fight them as well as a gun/chainsaw. The chainsaw gun makes sense. Why the hell are we beating up zombies with cheerleader equipment?
I have to admit though. The game is very unique for a zombie game. It makes killing zombies more... colorful. Most zombie games are dark, gloomy, and scary. You could play this game if you're looking for something different. You can also play this game if you want revenge against those jerks that were in your high school.
Overall, if you're tired of that old machine gun and machete, pick up Lollipop Chainsaw to practice new techniques to survive the zombie apocalypse. Who knew cheerleading can save us all?

Hey fellow Gamers. I'm Voice of a Gamer. This is my first time my a blog, so please don't judge me so quickly. This blog will mainly be about my thoughts on the latest or old video games.
